Description:: The VMMA Christmas Break-up weekend will be held at Valley Homestead at Ovens on Saturday 4th & Sunday 5th December 2010.

Adventure activities are included this year, thank you Rhonda Forster (VMMA member) for organising the adventure activities and our booking.

Adventure activities will include activities Power Pole/Dual Flying Fox and Free Fall Slide.

The activities were not include last year 2009 to the disappointment of some, see images of 2008 Christmas break-up for an overview of the adventure activities.

Bookings are being taken by Richo, already 11 people have booked.

Booked in attendees at this early point in time are: Richo, ,Dave and Viv Cash, Chris & Sharyn Wells, Bob & Jean Nicholls, Barry & Rhonda Forster, Dean and Tracy.

Weekend - Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th December 2010.

We will be leaving Yarra Glen on Saturday 4th December 2010 at 9.00 sharp (meeting just past the traffic lights as usual) Meet at 8.45.

Saturday 4th
1.00pm - Onwards arrive, welcome & settle in.
Swimming pool available – spas available (we hope!).

2.30pm - Meet in the bus shelter.

2.45-4.45pm - Commence adventure activities.

6.00pm - Pre-dinner and bar opens – run as we have done it previous years, it seemed to work very well and helps to keep the costs down.
Sausage Rolls – Canapés

7.00pm - 2 course dinner – alternate serve roast porterhouse, Chicken breast fillet, wrapped in filo pastry, stuffed with moist apricot halves with finely shaved proscuitto ham. Both meals served with roast potatoes, roast pumpkin and seamed broccoli/green beans. Dinner roll, Dessert, Sticky date pudding, toffee sauce and ice-cream. Unlimited self tea and coffee.

8.30pm - Your evening

11.00pm - Main building and bar closes.

Sunday 5th December
8.00am - Breakfast in the dining room Bacon, eggs, self cook toast, self serve cereals.
Unlimited self serve tea and coffee.

9.00am - Cooked component concludes.

11.00am - Main building closes. Depart.

Tariff based on a minimum of 20 overnight guests:
Dinner, bed & breakfast per person (twin/double ) $93.00.

Tariff:
Twin share/double accommodation with ensuite, fresh linen, towels and doonas. (there are no televisions, radios, fridges, tea or coffee making facilities in the bedrooms). Tea/Coffee facilities are available in the seminar lounge 24/7 whilst you are in residence. Please provide your own towel for use in the pool and spas.
