Report of Open Night at Lilydale Masonic Centre

The VMMA was invited to participate in the Open Night at the Lilydale Masonic Centre by providing a static display that incorporated images and information relating to our activities within Freemasonry Victoria and the General Community.

A good turn out of VMMA members was to be expected due to Healesville Lodge who meets at the Lilydale Masonic Centre having a good number of VMMA members within their lodge.
VMMA members in attendance were Chris, Sharyn, David, Mal, Bob, Ian, Kerry, Phil and Wazza.
The evening was well attended by both brethren and their friends, this Open Night was presented in the Lodge Room by Freemasonry Victoria representative John Glover.

Both the VMMA static display and Healesville Lodge display generated good interest from those in attendance with many Newsletters and Information Pamphlets being taken by both brethren and visitors.
Also on display and operating by providing BBQ food was the Maroondah District 115 BBQ trailer, it is anticipated that the BBQ trailer will be utilized next February to provide lunch for the Annual Motorcycle ride day.

This was a successful Open Night with many visitors attending with a number of questions being asked of John Glover at the conclusion of his presentation.
