Donation to The Ionic Coaching Service

The VMMA is in the process of distributing its charity funds for the year 2006 - 2007, one of the organisations that the VMMA has continued to contribute to every year is the Ionic Coaching Service.

 

This organisation has been providing extra education to secondary college students for some 57 years and has provided this service to approx 105 students during 2007, location of the facility is at Blackburn with students traveling from throughout the suburbs of Melbourne to take advantage of this Coaching Service.

VMMA members who attended the donation presentation were Jean, John, Chris and Sharyn, the donation was in the form of a cheque amounting to a sum of $2000 that was presented to the Ionic Coaching Service President Brian Annand by Jean Nicholls on behalf of the VMMA membership.

 

Chris commenced the proceedings by stating that the Ionic Coaching Service is a worthy organisation provided by Freemasons to the general community and continues to held in high regard by the VMMA membership, Jean Nicholls was then invited to make the actual presentation of the cheque for $2000 to Brian Annand the President of the Ionic Coaching Service.

 

Brian responded by thanking the VMMA for their continued support and spoke of the working relationship that has developed between the two organisations of the past seven years.

 

We concluded the visit by enjoying the hospitality of the Ionic Coaching Service.
