Following the Bendigo Toy Run some members traveled to join with Learmonth Lodge at their December regular meeting which was also a ladies night prior to Christmas and New Year.
The attendees were Matt, Jane, Chris, Sharyn and Sarah (Chris's cousin visiting from UK), one of the purposes of the visit was to seek Learmonth Lodge support on the 3rd March 2007 by participating in the 4 Day Presidents Ride by being the final lodge visit of the ride and providing a BBQ tea.

The lodge was opened and closed quickly for there were a large number of non-freemasons visiting due to a 60 Year Jewel being presented in the Lodge Room and then a Christmas themed south.
It was truly a very entertaining evening both in the Lodge Room for the 60 Year Jewel presentation and then the fun and games in the south with Father Christmas visiting, singing, poetry and a gavel presentation.
Both Matt and Chris represented the V.M.M.A. and enlightened everyone of our growth and activities over the past 5 1/2 years that include assisting with the raising and donation of over $160,000 during this period of time.
The raising of funds for a Rifton Walker for a members young daughter was supported by those in the south by contributing $110, a big thank you to you all.
Learmonth Lodge room, it is a beauty.
Matt explained what the Presidents Run attempts to achieve during the 4 days traveling through Victoria and attending Regular Lodge meetings in the evening, Learmonth Lodge agreed to support this Ride by being the final lodge visit on Saturday 3rd March 2007.
Matt and Jane then rode back to Melbourne whilst Chris, Sharyn and Sarah stayed overnight in Ballarat and traveled back to Melbourne of Sunday.
