The VMMA has once again been able to provide a day with a mix of riding good roads, visiting lodges along with a charitable out come.
The V.M.M.A. collected $415 from those who participated in our Central Victoria ride which included the morning tea and BBQ.
The $415 collected from those attending was presented to Henry Ritossa who was representing both Trentham & Zetland Lodge's, this money was to pay for the meals provided by the lodges on the day and the difference to be donated to the local community by the lodges.

But as quickly the $415 was presented to Henry by Colin Fletcher (Taxi) is was donated back to the V.M.M.A. with the specific request that it be donated by the V.M.M.A. to a local charity of our choosing.
Immediately the V.M.M.A. added an additional $85 to the amount to make a round $500 and announced that this amount would be donated to the Bendigo Radio Therapy Cancer Centre Support Group.
I have already made arrangements for a photo shoot and Bendigo Advertiser newspaper article when we hand over the money to the Bendigo Radio Therapy Cancer Centre Support Group.
